I lost my Maui Jim sunglasses with readers and needed another pair before leaving on a trip. The Maui Jim rep responded immediately, even though, he was also out of town. He had a pair shipped overnight to the store and I was able to pick them up before leaving on my trip. Once you get used to wearing Maui Jim sunglasses, another brand just won’t work. Thank you!
Terrible. They don't know how to order the proper pieces for repairs do half-ass fixes to try and resolve the issue and are completely incompetent.
I was hesitant to schedule an appointment for exam due to a bad experience in the past . I did schedule due to insurance. Awful experience will never do business there again .
We were told that my son's glasses would be ready in two weeks. However, it has been four weeks and his glasses are still not ready. I asked if the lab could overnight his glasses to the Novi store, but I could not even get the store to agree to that. Very disappointed in the service.
The people they hire are rude and mean to customers. The district manager Amanda let them be so rude to me. She said those 2 girls were there best employees. If there the best I would hate to see the worst employees. We went back and forth finally asked us to leave was the best thing that happen there that day. We will not return to the place. We the people pay for there paychecks. We emailed Ryan he was supposed to email my husband. We are still waiting on that.
This store had the worst customer service. Also they told my husband his sunglasses would be in, in 7-10 after 3 weeks they told him they could not get his sunglasses for him now. He also got dolce glasses from them with a case that says pearl vision on it and is not the right case and too small for his glasses. Overall this place is a joke. I will never go back.
