On July 12th I went to Sunglass Hut a subsidiary of Luxottica in Costa **** **. The pair of sunglasses I wanted was not in stock so the salesperson ordered the for me. The next day on the 13th I got an email that my order had been cancelled. I monitored my bank account to see if the refunded me my $212.19 but after 10 days I still had not received my money back. I called their customer service and was on hold for 25 minutes when I finally spoke to a live person. She explained that they dont issue credits back to your card. S... read more

I ordered Native sunglasses and accidentally bent both of the arms. I have reached out many times but never received any response. All I wanted to do was buy replacement arms. I love the sunglasses but they just want respond!

Terrible customer service,& faulty lenses as far as there anti-scratch formula coating,Scratches while cleaning them with lenses cloth.

Ordered a pair of prescription customized ray-bans sunglasses on their website. Was guaranteed to get them within 10 days, as per their website. I purchased them with plenty of Time to receive them before a vacation I wanted them for. By the time I left for my trip they still hadnt even shipped yet. Emailed them asking why I hadnt received them within the guaranteed time frame they provided and received no response in return. I have bought Native Sunglasses for probably 15 years. The few times we have had to return our Natives for replacement parts the service was absolutely wonderful. The most recent pair of Natives we bought back in 2018 are in need of a replacement part. Trying to communicate with a customer service rep at ********************** is a waste of time. Bought prescription glasses, single vision for almost $300 here. The brandnew lenses had a haze that looked like sunscreen smeared on glass. Unusable, see better without them. Returned glasses as I assumed a defect. Manageress at store (*** ******* Fort Lauderdale) employed all kinds of tactics such as trying to sell me more expensive lenses because apparently, the cheaper ones “look like that” and saying it’s probably just fog from wearing my mask, or a fingerprint. Came in for an appointment with my children and was told that they couldn't been seen because of my medical condition. They claimed it was store policy, but when I asked to see the policy of the doctor they refused to provide it and asked me to leave, they wouldn't even tell me their names. I was very humiliated to be treated so poorly in front of my children after using their doctor for 25 years.

I paid $150+ for frameless sunglasses which were light and very comfortable. Replaced the lenses for $80+ a few months later. Now the nose pad piece that connects the two lenses is broken and the online order process doesn't show what I need and the nphone service is so worthless that frustration is the only results in listening to a computerized do-loop!!! Last Ray Ban for me.
