Extremely poor service from the manager and whole team.
Our experience with pearl estate has been amazing with the help of AJ along the way!! He was very helpful and explained everything thorough to myself and my partner when finding our home. AJ was also very quick with everything and kept us up to date along the way of our journey
Extremely poor service, an unreliable agency. We are tenants in a house and have sent multiple emails to notify the agency that our smoke alarms are expired, yet the emails are being ignored and we are being dismissed on phone calls? A legal requirement of a house, yet they are choosing not to acknowledge it. It is alarming that they would do a disservice to both the landlord and tenants, jeopardizing insurance payouts if a fire were to occur whilst the expired alarms are in place.
In my point of view one the great service for property. They are managing property very excellent. I prefer you all guys go thair for property services. All staff are very friendly. Thank you mr AJ and bhumika patel
