They just wasted our time today. We arranged a viewing as 1 person and they didnt warn us all tenants should view the flat. My partner viewed the flat but they didnt take our offer because I didnt see the flat. I can be respectful against your company principles but if you are doing something unusual you should clearly inform people before ruin their day. Their way of communication is awful and I am happy that we are not working with them.
Very positive experience at 60 Millennium Place - Pearl House. Lived there for 3 years and they were super responsive and helpful whenever there were issues. Would recommend
I've been renting with Pearl & Coutts for the past four months. Although the flat had several issues when I first moved in—understandable given it's an older building despite a recent refurbishment—the team has been very responsive in addressing them. Their maintenance support has been quick and efficient. A special thanks to Vicky, who has been exceptionally understanding and proactive, always following up and ensuring things were resolved promptly.
Wouldnt advice doing any business with this estate agents, the members of staff are rude and the properties are overpriced
Do not lease from this company.
