Excellent deep massage from Calum. He knows how to relax the muscles and he really works on you if required. I really benefit from a deep tissue massage and will now continue with Calum going forward. Excellent and a good price for a deep massage. Thanks Calum.

I started my course of treatment at Peak in Feb 25, after a surfing injury left me with a snapped/torn ACJ. When I began I genuinely didn't think id have full use of that arm again as mobility and strength were so deleted from the injury. From the very beginning the treatments which were prescribed by Matt led to a marked improvement week by week until I completed the course of treatment in July 25. I honestly can’t thank Keiren enough for getting me through my ACL rehab. He’s clearly passionate about what he does, always gave me loads of time, really listened, and built a programme completely tailored to me. I first saw him a month after my surgery, just about walking—and now I’m back playing football pain free. I’ve already recommended him to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.
