Any reviews being 5 stars on here are undoubtedly fake. This company is a disgrace. They falsify information, lie about cleaners turning up or damages being repaired. if you see their name on a lease run a million miles even if the property is free. So so poor.
Have been dealing with the director of this company for a number of years. They are always amazing and pleasant to deal with.
Have had dealing with many Freehold managing agents over the years. It's always possible to point to failures, but the important thing is that even if there are sometimes shortcomings, these are professionally addressed. That's Peak Estates and their team, well done! Only reason I have given them 4 and not 5 stars is that I'm a hard to please customer.
Diabolically terrible. We had the same experience as many others. Appalling service, don’t reply to emails and if they answer the phone they will say the person you need is out of the office. We went through the Right to Manage process. Definitely consider this if you are a leaseholder.
