Installation of shutters was good but year later ‘safety part’ broke so did the natural thing and asked them to come and replace. Said they would come in 2 days, never showed up, no text no call to say they wouldn’t either. Chased up again, promised they’d come again. Surprise, didn’t show up again. Trusted them that they were just busy with their jobs (which they may very well be) but very rude and disrespectful to say to customers you’ll show up and then don’t without any messages that they won’t make it.
