I went to Rita as my dentist suggested acupuncture for jaw clenching, she treated this and so much more! It’s been so wonderful to be listened to and have someone who is actually interested. After years of pain and other conventional treatments that didn’t really get to the route of things, my jaw & hips are pain free. Thank you Rita!

A friend recommended Rita as I was extremely run down after an infection and antibiotics- falling asleep all over the place and tearful. Rita listened carefully and was very empathetic. I initially went for a B12 and vitamin D boost but have had acupuncture as well. Within 24 hours of my first visit I felt so much better and in the last few weeks my sleep has improved significantly and I feel very much restored. I’m really glad to have found Rita. She is knowledgeable, has great warmth and genuinely cares about her clients.
