Not only did the gentlemen who came to do work today have no idea part of the work they were supposed to do (trim our trees) — but they simply did not complete the project. Additionally they left my entire side of the front and back yard a mess and broke a vine panel where we had our plants growing on. They left without saying anything and had I not noticed what happened and reached out , I was going to be charged in full. I got an exclusion done on my house little over a year ago (April 2019), specifically because of rats. I did a walk through after with the tech and pointed out several places that he missed. He plugged them up. 8 moths later, there are rats in my attic again. They send a new tech out who seals up other holes that were missed (they were not new holes). Since they missed so many holes, I asked to please have an extension on my warranty (like 4-6 month extension on the first year before I paid for a renewal). They put me in tou... read more

Hunter came out to do my pest control service on Saturday and took time to go throu everything and do a super service. I noticed a difference within 24 hours by seeing traps working, bugs dropping dead. He even followed up to check on things as he is a customer of my husband as well. it sure is nice to have a friendship with the crew and not just a service relationship. Thank you guys so much.
