Awesome doctor! Super caring! I brought my mother in law in for a consultation on her knees. He was really clear and concise on methods of treatment. He seemed to really care about what he does and left a great impression on us. The front staff were really respectful and provided excellent customer service. Really an awesome care team!
Dr. Pennington has been excellent in diagnosing my issue, and as a surgeon and now during recovery.
Dr. Pennington is very relatable and speaks to his patients in a way they can understand. He listens well and provides feedback specific to his patients’ lifestyles vs. what is typical for the given ailment. He’s excellent.

I was referred to Dr Pennington for shoulder pain. I found him to be very personable and has been conservative in treatment which I appreciate. He listens to me and appropriately addressed my concerns. The whole staff at Peachtree Orthopedic are friendly and very helpful. I have already recommended to friends.
Dr. Pennington and his team were very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. They got me in in a extremely timely fashion after I sustained a major knee injury and I left feeling reassured about my diagnosis and prognosis. Stacy a member of the team went up above and beyond to personally adjust my crutches after she noticed they were too high for me while I was checking out. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of orthopedic care!
