Dr Pennington is amazing. I’ve known and trusted him for years. When my mother was in her 80s and getting frail, she fell and broke her shoulder. Dr. Pennington rebuilt and repaired it with an incredibly complicated surgery involving 12 screws and assorted other metal parts. Dr. Pennington and the staff at Peachtree Orthopedics were all warmly welcoming, patient, and clearly competent in their fields, from front desk support to technician to nurse to doc. Wait time was minimal, visit was efficient but felt unrushed, information was delivered clearly, questions were fully addressed, and instructions were clear. Highly recommend.
They were right on time. Nurse and Dr Pennington explained everything that was happening. Answered all questions and spent time with me. Great visit.
Smooth arrrival, less that 10 minute wait. Dr. Pennington, was attentive did a great job explaining the problem, and the treatment plan.
Dr. Pennington is excellent. Easy appointment scheduling. He has a great bedside manner and was patient and kind and answered all my questions.
Dr. Pennington repaired my shoulder in 2016 and it's been like new since. So when my knee was swollen and hurt I knew just who to call. 2 days later I'm back running.
I recently saw Dr Pennington for shoulder pain. His thorough assessment , diagnosis and treatment recommendations have initiated a plan for resolution of the issue. His combination of competence, clinical direction and obvious caring is remarkable and appreciated ! I have seen dr Pennington since 2008 when he did surgery on my shoulder, and subsequently addressed many other issues. I appreciate that he treats patients as intelligent human beings rather than as assemblages of passive body parts. He respects my opinion and priorities and doesn’t push quick fixes to the problem I am dealing with. He always remembers who I am even after a long time since the last visit. One can tell he is passionate about his work and really cares about the quality of his interactions with patients.
I had a bad day at the gym last year, and he has replaced both of my ACLs in my knees. His staff makes sure all the bases are covered, and he cares about the small details. And he has a great bedside manner! I could not have asked for anyone better! And the entire Peachtree Ortho office runs like a finely tuned machine!
