Terrible treatment from the ‘office manager’. I questioned the payment policy because I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my cc on file with them. When I asked to speak to someone else, she puffed up her chest, put her hands on her hips and said it’s only her to speak to. Almost like she wanted to fight me, she made me very uncomfortable. Won’t be going back EVER!
RecommendedSuch a great place!! Such compassionate staff!! Went in super sick with the flu and they were so kind and caring. They didn’t want me driving home so they convinced me to have someone pick me up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
Took my husband in and was turned away because they had met their patient capacity for the day. Absolutely ridiculous!!! How can you be an immediate care and turn people away due to "capacity".... I can see where their priorities are and doesn't seem to be for the welbeing of their patients. 👎
RecommendedOnline appointment scheduling is the bomb! You get a text 20 min before your appointment to let you know if they are on time or if the appointment has been rescheduled to account for wait time. In and out in 30 minutes. We are always out within an hour. Friendly staff and caring physicians who listen ! My go to when we need medical care ❤️👍
