Refused care because apparently they were closing soon.. No one was at the front desk. It took a few minutes before even acknowledged. We were told they don't treat possible fractured, although it's LISTED UNDER CARE PROVIDED AS AN URGENT CARE FACILITY... and i explained its Not broken, and that it may be Rotator cuff.. so They NP Candace Colston said they can't do xrays, and when I stated that's not true, she said e'll Well we wouldn't be able to keep her comfortable to do the xray..and that i said was also not true.. then ... read more

Not a long wait. The staff is very kind and professional. I feel I received excellent care.
The doctor is amazing and so is his staff! I have only once had a bad wait but it wasn't too serious, and they seemed to care and apologize for it. I always feel like I am in capable, knowledge hands--the front desk receptionist is such a sweetheart! Love her!
Always fast and friendly service. Wait times are never outrageous.
Professional care from the Dr. and nurse! I felt they were listening to what was going on with me and wanted to make sure the care they gave suitably matched my symptoms! I will definitely go back if needed! Btw feeling better already 🙏🏻
I have used it twice they are thoughtful and always on time. The doctor is exceptional.
