We used to like this place but this visit was disappointing. we were the only ones in the waiting room and our car was the only one in the parking lot but we were still having to wait. the receptionist wasn't very nice and she claimed they had patients in back. when we went back there no one was there. They should fire her and hire someone who wants to work.
I set up an appoint. online at the Hiram GA location to have my sore throat looked at! No other symptoms!! When i made the appointment online NOWHERE does it state before coming that if you have just a sore throat you are required to first have a negative covid test to be seen! they post this on their facility door which does no good if you schedule an appointment online, Why? Dont even bother making an appointment time, the girl at the front desk will process your sign in, in whatever order she wants to and you will have people who have sign in times at 12 and 12:15 going into the back while your still sitting in the waiting room even tho your sign in time was 11:30. Here it is almost 1 o'clock and I am still waiting. 🙄 I have worked front desk in the medical field for years and know this isn't how it is done and these people need to train their staff better. Wait is too long. Nice people though.
I took my son to this location in Jan 2020. He is covered by 2 different insurance plans from my ex husband and myself . Woke up to them taking 300 bucks out of my account without warning or permission for a 5 min visit with no tests ran!! I will be disputing the Charge !!
Easy check- in, courteous staff. In & out under 90 minutes.
They are thorough but always a long wait. Went in the am and had a 4 hour wait time. Went online at 1:30 got an appt. at 6. Didn’t get seen until 7:30. There has got to be a better system.
