They charge you separately for each and every single thing that they do for you and when the clumsy nurse re- injures the wound they want to charge you for the pain shot to get your pain level down to what it was when you came in. Have been there twice, spent over $400.00 and no better.
My family and I have been going there for 8 years. Love Love Love the employees there!
The one in Kennesaw is the only one worth going to. This place will never get my business unless I am dying and even then I'd probably request the half mile drive to the hospital. Rude staff, slow speed, and no ambition.
These people refused to see my mother when she was very sick! She has been helped in there before for the same problem numerous times and this time the RUDE, ARROGANT, JERK of a doctor refused her! He also noted it in their system where she could not be seen in another location either! These people will NEVER get ANY of our business again and I can promise you they have not heard the last of us! NOBODY should go there ever!! ALSO if I could do a negative review on stars I would but it forces you to choose at least one!
Waited 2 hrs with my 5yr old who had a temp of 102.3. When I got back in triage the nurse was super rude & rolling her eyes at everything. Rudest staff and experience I've ever had!!!!
I called in at 11:30 am to see if my Dr. Would perscribe the pain medication & haven't heard back from them. It's now approximately 8:15PM. I am guessing they don't want you to feel better.
