Don’t hold your breath waiting for replies to emails or actually getting a price. I guess they would rather deal with companies wanting 10+ staircases and can’t be bothered dealing with a one off job even if it’s a £5k oak staircase. 4 weeks ago I sent emails requesting an updated price, managed to speak to Chris a week later and was promised an updated quote a few phone calls later and more promises but todate nothing has been done. Very disappointing
