I went in with atyre pressure warning light on and Brad was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. He checked the tyre pressures and even took the time to reset the warning light, which was greatly appreciated. His professionalism and knowledge really stood out and he helped me out of a stressful situation. The service was fabulous and he did not even charge me for his help. I am very grateful and will definitely be returning for any future work. Thank you.
Been using this garage for many years, they offer amazing service at a good price. Yesterday was exceptional though, they went the extra mile to repair a part instead of taking the easy replacement option. Ended up nearly halving my initial bill quote, thanks again!
Very happy with the services provided by PDQ, had a cambelt and water pump changed and went back to have a wheel bearing replaced afterwards. Very good communication and timeline, and my car is now driving better than ever. High recommend!
So pleased I was told by my brother about PDQ when my previous mechanic threw up his hands when my sons Vauxhall Insignia developed an engine warning light, declaring 'it 'a Vauxhall job' I called Neil at PDQ and he gave me his initial thoughts that given the low mileage and high readings, it could be a faulty GPF pressure sensor. This proved to be accurate and a few days later the car was repaired at a price comparable to what a main dealer wanted just to perform a 'diagnostic' Cannot rate Neil and PDQ highly enough.
