Purchased a floor model kitchen aid refrigerator a few months later it stoped making ice and wouldn't get cooler than 50degrees. After fighting to have it replaced, I agreed to pay another $700 for a brand new 1. Same problem is happening. I've had enough. I've lost a full refrigerator of food 4times. I spend $2200 on this machine and they just wanna keep sending repairmen! I want a full refund & they won't give it. We went to the Deer Park location yesterday when we purchased a number of major appliances. The salespeople were all very knowledgable about the appliances and were negotiable on pricing when making multiple purchases. I did feel a bit uncomfortable when it came to them stalking and following us wherever we went as we looked around, which is the sole reason for my four-star rating rather than five star.
Worst experience ever. Bought a brand new Samsung washer dryer set from deer park location with extended warranty for $1600. Electrician was hooking up dryer when the terminal board broke. I was holding flashlight and he didn't put slot of pressure on screw when the board broke. It is clearly junk. Called PC Richard and they say nothing they can do about. Call there service department and they can't find the matching part number. Worst customer service ever
