We bought a tv from them and had fantastic service that was super quick and efficient. We were literally in and out of the store in less then 20 minutes. Highly recommend this store!

Worst delivery scheduling ever. Already 2 hours past scheduled time and the excuse is possibly the truck broke down but you will get your delivery today. If the damn truck is broke down, how the hell will I get my delivery today? We have changed our day to be here and now have wasted a whole day waiting. This will be the last time for P C Richard & Son - Brick

Jostled by my last experience at a competitor down the street (I won’t mention names), I was expecting to get a typical, pushy salesman when all I needed was a stand for my television. Instead what I received was an UNREAL experience by the manager Jason and his rep Rob. Not only did Rob explain to me why I was looking for the wrong item, he went out of his way to demonstrate their top products without making me feel pressured. Jason sure knows how to train his reps!
