We buy all our appliances from PC Richard. Their sales force are knowledgeable in their departments merchandise and the delivery people know what they are doing. Today's refrigerator delivery went perfectly and professionally. The main delivery guy has been with PC Richards for 35 years and while I can't verify, he said that they only want the best from the appliance companies and demand it. The "others" take the merchandise of lesser quality for $$$ reasons.
