When I arrived at the store today I was greeted by a very professional individual named Derek. He insured me that he could help me with anything I needed and he did just that. Derek is a very professional sales man that gets straight to the point and gets the customer what they need. I will surely be looking for him next time I need assistance with anything. PC Richard & Son in Brick has awesome customer service in their sales department. I dealt with Jason and Carlos a few months back. My elderly mother and I both needed refrigerators and didn't have time to drive to the store to look in person. We looked online, explained the size we needed and bam! They helped us out. I was helped by jayson the salesman he was very helpful in sending me in the right direction on what tv I should purchase and very informative he then sent me to his manger Jason as well the two gentlemen were very respectful and kind hearted as far as how to meet my needs
All you have to do is ask and you shall receive! Blaise and the rest of the staff here price matched something that was over 40 dollars less even without it being the same brand! Definitely come here if you ever need anything 😁
