Went in looking for a washer and dryer and had the best experience thanks to Keith, Wayne and Rob. Would absolutely recommend going there! Also the best prices around!
Pedro was a life saver for us. We had a warranty on a 5 year old double wall oven and it was broken for months. GE was not providing the service we expected. Once we went directly to PC Ricards in Brick, and Pedro heard our story, he was able to rectify it in one day!!! We wish we went there first. Pedro is also very friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable and pays very close attention to you. I'll go back to him for any future electronic or appliance needs.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Every time I go in there Pedro helps me out and I've never had a problem or a hassle. Just last week they didn't have the SNES Classic in stock but Pedro ordered it for me and I had it the very next day.
Blaise was an amazing salesman. He wasn’t pushy and was extremely friendly and helpful. Blaise didn’t even blink when we changed our mind on the washer and dryer, even after he had input all the information in the computer. He just smiled and showed us the Hotpoint with ultimate professionalism. Thank you Blaise. YOU ROCK! TO HIS BOSSES: Blaise deserves a major raise!
I have shopped at this location numerous times over the years for various appliances and electronics. I would like to make mention that my most recent experience was wonderful. I had the pleasure of being assisted by an associate named Derek Gasser. Derek went above and beyond to help me with my selection, his personality and knowledge is quite commendable, and I will make it known to my family and friends. I also spoke with Derek’s manager, Jason who was just as courteous and helpful.
Stopped in for a tv found exactly what I wanted. See Pedro for all your needs at the Brick location. It was very painless and easy to deal with I will be back.
My husband and I came in to purchase an air conditioner several evenings ago. We were serviced by a gentleman named Derek. He was very knowledgeable of the products in stock. He took his time explaining our options. Derek was very professional and very nice. We will definitely be back to purchase new appliances in the near future!
I was in town helping a relative move who needed new appliances. Derek was awesome and helped us every step of the way, never pushy, making us feel comfortable with the purchase of the new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Definitely a great all around shopping experience!
