Derek went above and beyond to help me with all my kitchen appliances. He gave me his personal email so he could research and set things up ahead of time and he came in on his day off to place my order. He was incredibly thorough and made sure every detail was met and that I got the lowest possible price. He provides the best assistance, is extremely helpful, and is very knowledgeable about every single one of their products and sales.
