I had a challenging situation really handled very well. The assistant manager Richard, did everything he could do to fix the situation. Including driving to my house and delivering a product that I never ordered to make it right. He responded to every one of my frantic messages. I will 100% make any new purchase from him. I have never received customer service like that!!
