Thank you to the manager Rich and salesman Anthony for making our experience a great one...we bought a Samsung refrigerator...got a great price and the delivery date we wanted! The delivery guys were right on time when they said they would be here....and really were careful while bringing in and setting up! They INSISTED I remove 1/2 inch of porcelain tile to accommodate my new over the range microwave. Turns out it wasn’t at all necessary and now I have ruined tile and a repair to do! Very dissatisfied! Update: spoke to Rich, one of the managers, yesterday. I was partially compensated for this, which I do appreciate. Softened the issue. Thank you.
