The people there are so nice and very kind the person who help me (Carl) was so nice and very generous to help me carry my new grill to the car and even give tips to assemble it. If you go to Pc Richards and son for appliances ask for Carl he’s great!

Just returned our 2-yr old dehumidifier, which stopped operating. Thankful that we bought the 5-yr extended warrenty, which was well worth the money. Thank you Carl & Richard for the friendly & speedy service in exchanging the defective unit for a new one.
I went to the P.C. Richards in Whippany, NJ. Ahmed, which is one of the employees, was a very friendly guy and he helped me a lot to find what I need. I spent almost $2,000, but I’m happy the way he treated me. I recommend this guy to all customers who go P.C. Richards.
