I always use P.C. Richard for all of my electronics and appliance needs. I have made many purchases over the years, and this one was large-all appliances for a kitchen renovation, multiple TVs and soundbars, and for the first time, mattresses as well! I have never had anything but an outstanding experience with the sales staff and this time was no exception. Both John and Anthony were very knowledgeable and really made me feel very well taken care of. All retail stores can take a lesson in customer service from P.C. Richard!
Great Experience We have purchased major appliances from other PC Richards locations. Our experience at the Roxbury location was far superior in every way. From the store manager to our sales associate Leon C. who was available when we needed him, knowledgeable, polite and happy to research anything I asked him to, really just the complete package. My absolute best shopping experience ever! My salesman Leon C. was extremely patient and knowledgeable even in the midst of my indecisiveness. He listened to my concerns about replacing my old washer and clearly explained to me how these new fangled HE machines work. Leon's patience with explaining the differences in models and his unrushed sales approach made me comfortable buying from PC Richard's.
