The WORST!!! Ordered an oven in August from this store, so far all 3 of the deliveries have been cancelled due to oven being damaged. Waiting 2 months, staying home 3 days for these deliveries and getting no discount for this mess is bad business!!!!
By far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased $10k in kitchen appliances through them, one year ago. The installer destroyed our kitchen and counters. They barely made up for it by giving us a warranty on one appliance for “free”. Here we are a year later and our fridge sounds like it’s about to die, it is so loud. Needed a new washing machine for the house, but had no idea what to look. A sales rep by the name of Santana helped me pick out the best machine for my needs. It was a great experience highly recommend this place for all electronics and home appliances .

As an associate of P.C. Richard and Son I enjoy working for this company. This company has been around since 1909 and they stand by their values and customer service. The staff at every location and especially this location are always friendly and informative. If you have never been to our store I recommend coming in and seeing everything we have at our location.
