He helped with dishwashers, washing machines, televisions, and computers i've always had good experiences at the PC Richard Roxbury store. That's why i keep coming back. That and the fact that you are closed on Thanksgiving so that your employees can be with their families. Keep up the good work.
Used to love this store, but after the RUDE AND NASTY salesman I dealt with on Sunday morning, I won't be back. I walked in planning on buying a TV but he couldn't be bothered as I wasn't spending the type of money he was hoping. Best buy got my sale instead

I visited Pc Richard today and our salesman John was absolutely amazing . I was quite upset and had a little attitude not on purpose I might add because soda was spilt on our very expensive remote and he took time to research to see if we could just buy the remote and not the whole system. 5 stars for this young man !!
