They don't even deserve one star. - poor care of buildings - no enforcement for residents who use the courtyard as a playground or dump rubbish - the building is disgusting ans green on the outside with mould - astronomical fees for service charge for nothing - same with water. - just had a fire and they decided to remodel using flamable carpet which is easily damageable too so wont even last. They continue to harass me for outstanding management fees, despite nothing owing and they do not reply or acknowledge proof of payment, just continue to issue threatening letters. Shambles.
Pbm are almost impossible to get hold of. They ask for money to do repairs but don't carry them out. They are slow to react. They don't pay the invoices for services such as cleaning. PBM are the worst company I have dealt with they take your money but never do anything maintenance, over the past three years the service has gone down hill, our gardens are a mess they don’t send gardeners they do not reply they are never available to speak to you , they just say what you want to hear to get you off the phone , Thomas Butlin in particular is rude and does not have the decency to reply to any emails or updates. Stop taking our money and not providing a service
Update 01/05/25: Needless to say nothing came from the positive emails back in February. Reverting back to one star, as of April they're now not even picking up the phone to tenants with issues. UPDATE 22/11: Following a few positive emails with PBM, I'll remove/amend this post when the follow-up on the promise for better engagement with our Directors happens.
