I want to say thank you to Jackie Cheng at the Albany PB Tech store for his great service. I came in to buy two DJI Action 6 cameras, and Jackie was very friendly, patient, and helpful. He took good care of me and my boys, and we really enjoyed the experience. We are very happy with his professional service, and I will definitely come back to buy more products from him in the future.

Guys PB Tech Albany was a shocking experience. 9:30am Friday Jan 16. The place was full of staff - 10 or more? And EVERY one I walked past didn’t acknowledge me. I had a toddler with me who was behaving but clearly I have come in to get help otherwise I’d purchase online and your team couldn’t care less. Two were standing at a computer looking up “Taupo geothermal” tourist pages.
