I found the staff at Albany to be lazy. I don't know much about mobiles. I needed help. One bored looking assistant said it wasn't worth trying to fix phones, then went to lunch. The next one said I should check for updates - I did, but that wasn't the problem. The tech then said I should try a factory reset. What I actually needed was a new SIM card - which a customer helped me confirm.
