Dreadful experience poor service so switched from them
Helen Gagen and her team did a stellar job with conveyancing, they are approachable and keep you informed throughout.
We haven't seen anyone yet to set up will etc. but the receptionist was very professional.
Avoid using this company and specifically their employee with the initials HG at all costs! Totally incompetent and have caused issues from day one to completion, resulting in a significant financial loss to at least two of the linked sales involved in the chain.
Had several interactions the last couple of years. Can't fault those that work here. (Other than one time I popped in and the person was I can only assume having a bad day). I highly recommend this practice.
