VERY POOR. Here is part of the letter sent to the owner of pjc. Advice had been given to sell in the awful state tenants had left it in, despite it not alligning with our gut feeling. No feedback after 3 visits , we had to chase them. Your team have wasted 3 months of our time and cost us money and has been a major impact on our future plans. In any business, communication is key. We live in France so we felt that a trusted, established company would be a good choice. Our property has been rented for over 9 years.
