Private parking company - do I need to say more? Tried 5 times to pay for parking and the app gave me a 'there's been an error' each and every time. Put a goddamn payment machine on the sidewalk as a backup, how about that? Or is that taking too much money from the profits you're making off of the drivers who want to be correct but you're making it excruciatingly difficult just to pay for 1 hour of parking?!
Website doesn't list future prices. If you are currently in the free time but you want to know how much it will be when it becomes paid, you cannot find this out. Useless.
App is quite cool- I called the number to pay by phone, but when I signed on to the app for the first time, the parking job was already visible and allows you to see how much time you have left and an option to extend.
Fraudulent Company - works against motorists- favours parking companies- app interface is purposely designed to even pay during the free hours - ethically app should not charge if it is free to park - timings of the parking are purposely misleading and hidden - No contact us numbers or direct support option - I ended up paying even though it was free - tried refund but never worked- SUCH A PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE-
