Dr Kern has taken care of my sweet Walle for nearly 3 years since his back injury. Even when he snarled and barked at her, she still loved him, and he grew to love her. This is how DEDICATED Dr. kern is- i called her on a Sunday , Mother's day no less, and she was hosting family. At 8 pm that night, she called and asked if I wanted laser treatment for him to ease his pain. Not many professionals would go that far, but she did! The staff are amazing and both of my dogs, who get very irritable and anxious at the vets, have a great time here. My super old guy is starting to relax into his physical therapy more each week. The girls take time to make sure they enjoy every minute :)
Had my first visit today for my sweet girl! These guys are great seriously! Already have my next visit! Can't wait... Dr kern is versed in many different procedures, acupuncture, shockwave, lazier to mention a few. They will be doing a orthopedic brace for my girl.. Honestly can say enough good things Great visit!
How do you show appreciation to Dr Kern and Ltv Colleen for giving us back our Ranger. He was totally paralysed 11 days ago. You were able to squeeze him in 2 days after spinal stroke and now he is trying to walk. Your methods of laser therapy, acupuncture, massage and essential oils blew us away. We saw instant improvement. Thanks for your true caring spirit and emotional support.
Our dog, coco channel, recently had her left rear leg amputated due to cancer...Pawsitive steps has been a tremendous help in helping coco channel gain her confidence back to walk and be a normal dog again! The staff that works with Dr Kearn (as well as the doctor herself) are wonderful as well as knowledgable. I highly recommend this facility for your pets!
Thank you for showing me the facility, what a wonderful place. I recommended you to my neighbor, his 2 month old pug has a broken leg and they are trying to heal it with a cast instead of doing surgery.
Thank you Dr Kern and the entire staff for such wonderful care and compassion for helping my not so typical pet "Bug". To see her not only tolerate the acupuncture and laser therapy but to have an immediate improvement was more than I could have imagined or hoped. She is still showing some signs of pain but not nearly what she was like early this morning. I thought I would have to euthanize her this morning.
