RecommendedWe started out at Pawsitive steps with Acupuncture only in mind. Our dog had chronic neck nerve pain, which she has had since we got her. Our dog is very skittish of strangers and new places. After a few acupuncture treatments she started go get more comfortable and we moved on to rehabilitation. They gave a very extensive evaluation on my first visit. The staff is excellent, they’re always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They gave me hope when I didn’t think there was any for my dog.
I was there with my foster dog Faygo who was born with no front legs. She was there for measuring for her new wheels. The staff was awesome, caring and made this process so much easier for Faygo. Thank you so much for everything today!!❤️😘

I am so incredibly thankful for the women at Pawsitive Steps!! Without a doubt their attention to detail, care and compassion extended my sweet shepherds life. Dr. Kern, Cathryn, and the other ladies are always making sure my FURbabies are comfortable and living their best lives. Shy was fitted with a wheelchair and Cowboy uses an orthotic device. Outstanding place, Dr Kern and staff are awesome! Would recommend Pawsitive Steps! They were super helpful, supportive, and helped our dog be pain free and he can walk again! Great place!
Absolutely would recommend Pawsitive Steps!! Dr.Kern and Colleen have been a tremendous help to me with my Babyboy Easton!! He came to me not able to use his back legs and now with their rehab knowledge, I was able to get him up and not only walk but he became a galloping, gazelle jumping, running goof!! We love our rehab ladies!!! We continue to go see his girlie friends for maintainance regimine and rechecks and Easton knows exactly which door leads to them! lol He loves his ladies!!
