Very Rude behaviour of the old man sitting in the counter , don’t have any common sense to address the customers, he don’t know how to make the bouquet’s . Worst shop.

As someone with Hayfever, I find the service to be appalling. Yes, I am aware that I shouldn’t have walked in without taking my medication, yet as I was taking it the staff were trying to have me removed for ‘contaminating the product’. Said products were wilting and already partially dead. The roses were sad and the daisies looked as though they had blossomed before the titanic had sank. Will never forget how awful the staff had treated me when all I wanted was some flowers to put next to my Granny’s grave.
