The service and promptness of this company was perfect . I will be using them from now on. I recommend them highly. My female turned out to be a PRCD carrier. They even sent me info about the gene. I sent off Belle's DNA samples and within 2 days received an email confirming they had received them and within 3 more days had the results. Professional, friendly service.
Easy to order tests, kits arrived sooner than expected, as did the test results. Was very simple and included all of the tests I needed. Others didn't have all of the tests I needed and most were more complicated AND more expensive! If I need more tests done, I'm checking Paw Print Genetics first.
I just had my first experience with Paw Print Genetics and was VERY happy with their service! There was a slight delay with one of the tests I ordered and I received a phone call with the results of the tests that were completed (so I didn't have to wait for everything) and then another follow up call to confirm they were still working on it!! That is the kind of customer service that will keep me as a customer always!! I highly recommend you use Paw Print Genetics for your dog testing needs!!!
