I love paw print genetics. The customer service was exceptional. I was able to track the package and call when there was a delay. They contacted me immediately with replacement swabs and in the meantime called on the ones that were re routed. My results came at a great time a WEEK early, now I am not saying that this will happen all to all tests, but it helped me A LOT. The results can be registered with OFA which is great.
They did a very thorough job of testing and it was sent back to me very quickly! I highly recommend them!
Great friendly customer service and fast turn around of the tests. I could not be more pleased, super easy instructions and explanation, all my questions were answered asap ..
