I took advantage of your Summer Sale and had my dog tested for the panel recommended for his breed. The service was exceptionally quick and professional! Used this for the first time and thought the service was great. I took advantage of one of their specials on a breed panel. My test kit arrived in a timely manner and the instructions were very clear on what I was to do. They were very speedy in getting my results to me. I love the Pedigree area for breeders to set up their profile so they can share their dogs results and their breeder information with everyone. Great job Paw Print Genetics!!
I used Paw Prints for the first time. All I can say is if you forgot what great service was, call or e-mail Paw Prints.. Service second to none. I tried the panel testing for 1 dog, just to learn the process and was it right for me.Paw Prints will now be a standard requirement for all dogs at Shootin Time Labs. This was my first time, I had just gotten a new puppy and had been told by the breeder that the tests I had down were recommended. I ordered the test kits, got them in the mail in a timely manner, and then held on to them for a while before I finally sent them in. I was emailed when they received the tests, and given tracking info. I got the results back exactly when they said I would with absolutely no trouble. I would definitely use them again.

Your customer service is great, fast, and friendly. We use your service exclusively. There are always specials going on and we try to take advantage of those as they occur. It is easy to access the results by dog or our name. I encourage anyone looking to do DNA testing to use your service, you won't regret it.
I Recently has two litters and had Paw Print do several tests from coat color, eic, and panel tests for labradors. I found the customer service to be OUTSTANDING with very FAST results (less than a week). I highly recommend Paw Print Genetics if you are considering tests for your dogs.
