Can't say enough good things about Paw Print Genetics!! My kit was sent out promptly after ordering, and the instructional video on their website along with the written instructions made it a very easy process for a first timer like myself. Outstanding customer service! I've had testing done by PPG in the past and knew that they were great at updating the testing status. 10 days after sending in my sample I had not heard if it was received. I contacted them and they investigated where my sample was; even calling my local post office. They called me to update me after it could not be located and sent me a new order via email and fast tracked my sample!
