It was my first time ever doing testing on my standard poodle and I made mistake on the form I had sent with the sample. They phoned me and were very nice in helping me understand how the process worked for in sending the results to OFA. Thank you for making this process clearer for me!!!

I've used PPG for a few years now regarding genetic testing. When I sent in my babies dew claws for testing, I received some not so happy news. Shortly after getting the results back, I first received an email asking for me to call them if I had any questions. Great first time experience with Paw Print Genetics. The process was super easy. Having the swabs and return envelope sent from the lab was very convenient. They got my order sent off the next day. Their website is super easy to navigate and I love the breeder options for testing and having the results available for easy access. I'll definitely be ordering more tests in the future. Thank you!
