I am very pleased with the professional service that Paw Print Genetics provides. I have used their services for several years now. I find that Dr. Carl is very helpful with any questions or concerns. Paw Print Genetics is very prompt in providing their services as well.

Incredibly efficient and accurate. I sent in multiple samples including some for which I have previous testing results (I know what they should be) and Paw Print really delivered. They were even able to correct previous testing from other companies that had been missed/inaccurate. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer care to boot - fabulous experience, thank you!
I have used PPG to test my one girl and now will be testing my puppy as well. My only complaint is that the Canadian dollar isn't par with the American dollar, but that is to no fault of PPG! I love that they routinely offer sales and specials to help with the cost of genetic testing and take some of the burden off of breeders. The customer service is beyond any expectations.

I very recently sent my dog swabs for testing , Paw Print Genetics have a fantastic customer service , I emailed Ana Trusty several times and her responses were very quick , I believe Ana went above and beyond her customer service protocol as I had issues with USPS. But she followed it up for me and sent me their response. 24 hrs later the swabs were with Paw Print Genetics. Absolutely awesome!!! Feel totally confident in the test results from Paw Print Genetics. Being able to speak with their Geneticist and Veterinarian on issues and answer questions is extremely helpful and important to us and our breeding program.
