Love paw print genetics. The customer service is hands down the best I've ever seen. I e-mailed once on a Sunday night and was pleasantly surprised to be emailed back within 30 minutes. Can't say enough good things about what a great company they are! Always the best promo prices around!
PPG is very easy to work with... He always answered my questions and if he had to call me back he always did! I plan to keep doing business with them!
The costs for testing need to be more reasonable. Please consider that dog breeders who are testing their dogs, are usually not the ones making tons of money breeding. There are genetic health testing companies providing the same tests, 3/5 that pawprints does, for a total of $75 plus tax USF. PPG is selling the panel of 5 tests for $275.00. It is a significant difference. Please inform us why choosing to test with PPG is better than the competitor (which is also an OFA approved lab)

According to our records, you have never been a customer of Paw Print Genetics. There will always be cheaper options, but for genetic testing, you get what you pay for. Paw Print Genetics is the only canine genetics laboratory that tests each mutation region twice with two different methods. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. No question is ever shrugged off an unimportant. I use one other service just one time and was not as satisfied. Paw Print Genetics is very easy, information response time is fantastic, and the tests are performed rapidly. Very very friendly.

It was the first time I used PPG, I don't regret it.:-) Excellent response to my questions, always quick and accurate answers. Sent my tests (2 Podengo Portuguese) from Sweden, received a direct response when they arrived and the answer came just after a few days. It is easy to use their website where you get excellent instructions on how to do. Highly recommend !!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC! I TESTED 8 DOGS AND ALL WERE EASY TO UNDERSTAND, THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND WITH EMAIL FOR ANY QUESTIONS I MIGHT HAVE, WILL DEFINITELY SUPPORT THEM IN FUTURE, VERY PROFESSIONAL.
