The person I spoke to was very helpful and took time to explain the science and process. The supplies for the testing came very quickly. The directions we're easy and the results came within a couple of weeks despite the holidays. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Pawptint Genetics has been amazing. I love how they recheck their results before sending the report. I've needed tests rushed before and it has never been a problem and they have come back early. (i've only needed them rushed 3 times but when you need a test back ASAP....) I love their customer service department and if I ever have a question they are very good at answering them. They never have put me on hold for a long time ever. This is a GREAT company and the only one I use to test my dogs.
