Customer service is top with this company. From the sales office to the lab to the doctors, everyone is so helpful and kind. They really take the time to make sure the test results are understood. I will always use them for my dogs and highly recommend.

I mailed the test in and had the results in a couple days. PPG is great and I will use them again. I also emailed them a question and had an answer in a timely manner. I will be using them again.
I am so pleased with the service we received from Paw Print. I had questions before i ordered the tests, so I emailed them and received an answer back in just a few minutes. Our results came back in a week. They are easy to read and they have explanations of the results printed on them! They were at a local show and the employees were so friendly and accomodating! Very impressed with the professionalism and quickness on the panel of sheltie tests that I had done during the holidays on my toy sheltie. This was my first experience with conducting any type of genetic testing and they provided a kit with extremely easy to follow instructions and the necessary packaging and return postage. So simple and easy and the results report and Health certificate was easy to understand, download and print. Will definitely use again if the need arises.
