Paw Print Genetics has excellent customer service and reasonable prices- often with discounts/promos. I always had my questions clearly, patiently answered, and had my calls returned promptly. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest staff. Website is very user-friendly and straightforward. I highly recommend PPG for genetic testing!

Great People.. Customer service is BAR NONE. They go ABOVE and BEYOND to help you. They make themselves easily available by phone, email, Facebook or Facebook messaging. Their lab is the only canine genetics lab that tests each mutation region TWICE with TWO different methods. The testing is done by and oversaw by PhD geneticists and Lic Veterinarians.
