I sent in a sample for a full Aussie panel I called them to tell them not to do it, as I have to spay the female asked if they could do another dog or at least some off of another dog, NOPE! They said because they have already extracted the DNA, which is a lie, as they just said yesterday they just got the sample and would be 2 weeks before the test was done, she didnt even take my profile name, dog name look anything up, so that is their policy not that is already being done.
