I like how the cheek swabs came with return envelope postage prepaid and addressed. That saves me so much time. I talked to their veterinarian when I had questions after I got the results.

Fast and easy to use website. I especially liked breed specific panel suggestions. The customer service was excellent! Fast shipping of kit and results processed in half the time I was expecting.
