I went in hoping too find som boots. The lady on the shop floor was nice and helpful. But the lady on the till was very rude. Looked at me like I was beneath her. I nearly put them back I was so annoyed. Won't be back again. Shame as I like their boots
Lovely staff at Cleethorpes store, I ordered boots on line which arrived and were a completely different pair, Cheryl was amazing and sourced me a pair of the correct boots and had them dropped in from another store, they were for a birthday present and she saved the day! Thank you for brilliant customer service.
